l'association se donne pour objet de : association spectacles vivants 1 participer au développement de la musique notamment gràce à des échanges au niveaux international entre diverses formation musicales, classiques, contemporaines et jazz ; 2 Entreprendre toutes actions qui pourront directement ou indirectement favoriser, promouvoir ou organiser la diffusion des oeuvres nouvelles de la musique vivante, tant écrites que improvisées ; Entre autres : la commande, la creation, l'acquisition, l'edition, l'enregistrement des oeuvres et leur publication sous quelque forme que ce soit et par tous les moyens sonores et audiovisuels ; 3 participer au développement culturel de la region a travers la création d'un festival et de quelques concerts chaque année
