création théâtrale professionnelle et diffusion : approfondir la recherche et la pratique théâtrale afin de susciter auprès de la population des comportements actifs à l'égard du spectacle vivant ; maintenir et renforcer dans les lieux d'implantation, mis à disposition de l'association, par contionnement avec les Collectivités Locales, des activités théâtrales fortes et diversifiées, favoriser le rayonnement de ses productions dans région et au-delà ; être un espace d'accueil : à des productions théâtrales professionnelles régionales ou non, dans un souci d'ouverture aux différentes pratiques théâtrales ; être un espace d'animation et de formation : par la sensibilisation à l'art dramatique sous toutes ses formes, notamment en direction du monde scolaire et universitaire de la Ville de Belfort et du Département du Territoire de Belfort et du Théâtre Amateur
