regrouper les membres des associaitons cb dont la vocation est les secours, l'assistance, la sécurité dans le rôle du signaleur et la bienfaisance humanitaire, par et avec les moyens de la radiocommuniciation, de regrouper les amateurs radio et cibiste isolés qui ne participent à aucune autre activité associative c ou amateur radio, de faire participer les non amateurs raido et non cibiste à ses activités, d'assurer des assistances, la sécurité dans le rôle du signaleur et le secours des compétitions sportives ou toutes autres manifestations sur le plan national et international, de se mettre à la disposition des autorités : police national, gendarmerie, sapeurs-pompiers, élèments moteurs de la vie nationale, organismes à caractère humanitaire, protection civile et sécurité civile, de collaborer avec des organismes reconnus d'utilités publiques ou assimilées tel que : SAMU-SMUR-Croix rouge-croix blanche ...., d'utiliser un gyrophare de couleur orange et matériel de secours fournis
