Après les bombardements de 1944, lassociation diocésaine prend la décision de construire une église dans le quartier ouvrier de la Pépinière. Larchitecte choisi est M. Lods, qui propose un projet de centre paroissial réunissant église, sacristies, salles de réunion et de catéchisme, logements du curé et des vicaires. Seule léglise, accompagnée dune sacristie et dun logement pour les vicaires, fut construite entre 1952 et 1957. Cest un édifice rectangulaire en béton armé, flanqué dun clocher hors uvre. Les vitraux en dalle de verre sont dus à Jean-Luc Perrot.Classement monument historique :
